Terms of Engagement

In order to be considered for the Tealbee Ambassador Program, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions. The Tealbee Ambassador Program and compensation are only open to those whose applications are approved by the Tealbee Partnerships team. Assets submitted without pre-approval or content that does not follow the content guidelines will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Tealbee retains all rights to the content you send us, including rights to make any edits needed to fit any Tealbee campaigns. Tealbee may ask you to make revisions if absolutely necessary. Tealbee will We’ll always do its our best to work with the content you send. You have 60 (sixty) days from the sign date of this contract to provide your content to Tealbee (via email to Partnerships@Tealbee.com) or the contract will automatically be voided for reimbursement eligibility. Tealbee reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

Scope of Work

Content: Capture a “day in the life” of you and your child using Tealbee our products. Content should represent lifestyle shots that reflect you and your baby. Please follow the content guidelines.

• Three photos of your child in any Tealbee product. Photos must be in 3 distinct places such as cribs, nursery, kitchen, living room, outdoors etc. Photos that are slight variations of the same moment will be counted as one.

OR

• One 15-30 second video in .mov or .mp4 files of you and/or your child using and or talking about the product.

Posting and sending: Post and tag Tealbee on your social media. Tealbee, in turn, will tag and feature you on Tealbee social media platforms. You must follow FTC, social media platforms, and Tealbee privacy policy guidelines for posting, indicating that you are posting in exchange for a free product. Email raw photo and video files (without any social media stamps) to partnerships@tealbee.com.

Content Guidelines:

Clean your camera lens
Take videos and/or pictures in a naturally lit room
Clearly show Tealbee products and make sure there are no other brands visible
Avoid having too much background noise

Compensation

Full reimbursement of your product purchase including taxes and shipping within 5 business days upon receiving and confirming your content via email.
