Return and Exchange Policy 

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label 

What items are returnable / refundable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Returns are not available for International addresses as we cannot issue prepaid shipping label for non-US addresses
  • You can return/exchange for any reason. For damages or defects, we kindly ask for a photo so that we can continue to improve our quality and processes.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (ie. warehouse sale as advertised as final sale)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date and we would be happy to address the issue.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items. 

  1. Initiate a return process on our return center
  2. Follow the instructions to return the items (see above for returns process)
  3. Order the product you want to exchange to on our website

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Receive a store credit 

For returns, we will refund your purchase less $6 for restocking. All exchanges are free. 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. You will find a return slip and a prepaid shipping label.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received by the warehouse, you will be notified via an email. Your refund request will be processed within 1-3 working days after confirmed receipt by the warehouse.
